At this wonderful house located into a residential area, you will enjoy the lovely views to the forest and the mountains. It disposes of a private 10m x 5m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 0.50m to 2m, surrounded by grass where you can sunbathe and relax.
It has a porch ideal to prepare delicious meals at the barbecue and eat outdoors.

The house is brand new and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Also, is adapted for disabled people.
You will find a wide, lively and comfortable dining-room with satellite TV and air conditioning, and direct access to the swimming pool. The kitchen is open to the dining-room, so you can enjoy the company of your friends or family while you are cooking your favourite dishes. It disposes of four fantastic bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a bathroom en suite each. There is another bathroom, even more adapted for disabled people and their needs. The property disposes of an independent washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you up to two cots and two high chairs. All the rooms dispose of central heating for the winter, and four radiators.

Crestax is a little and quiet residential countryside area that belongs to Sa Pobla village, with easy access to the rest closer villages and the beach through Ma- motorway. We recommend a visit to Puerto de Pollença and its old town, Calvari church and the port, to Campanet and its legendary caves, or the long Puerto de Alcúdia beach, which has a wide range of typical gastronomic offer. For nature lovers, don't miss a trip to Formentor viewpoint, Lluc monastery or the idyllic Sa Calobra cove.
