This property features a superb exterior area thanks to the its spacious terraces and spectacular views to the fields. The approximately 50.000 m2 plot, full of fruit and almond trees, accommodates a beautiful gardened lawn by the pool, which offers a great feeling of peace for our guests. The chlorine pool, surrounded by 6 sun loungers and 3 thatched parasols, sizes 10 x 3 metres and it is perfect to enjoy the summer days. Here, you will also find a table with chairs where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a meal alfresco, whereas you can spend the nights in a little house with kitchen and barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

This rustic and luxurious charming house is an old but restored two-storey house. It highlights thanks to the architectural and design details that make a difference. The warm and cosy atmosphere of the living room will allow you to enjoy a movie on the satellite TV channels or a DVD film, or maybe you prefer to listen to some music on the CD player while chatting with your loved ones by the warmth of the fireplace on the coldest days. You will find a dining area right here, as well as the kitchen, which is equipped with an induction top, oven, microwave, toaster, and everything you may need to cook. You can exit to a furnished terrace in case you prefer to enjoy your meals outdoors. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a closet each. One of the bedrooms is on the main floor and it features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with independent tub and shower. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. We can prepare a sofa bed for the two extra guests and we can also provide with two baby cots and two high chairs. A shower bathroom completes the top floor. The whole accommodation offers oil central heating.

This house is just 3 km away from Porreres, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. A 25 minutes drive leads you to the beaches of ses Covetes and sa Ràpita, where you can spend a fantastic day amid crystalline waters and fine sand. There are some restaurants with typically Spanish and Mallorcan cuisine where you can taste a delicious "paella", the typical dish of the Mediterranean coast. There are other beaches and coves along the coast that are a worth visit like for example Cala Anguila or Portocristo, where you will find a lively promenade. Portocolm and the Natural Park of Mondragó, on the contrary, are quiet and authentic areas where you should go too.
