Precious house with private pool in Son Verí Nou, in Majorca South, which welcomes up to 6 guests.

In the outside area, there is a 6m x 4m salt water pool, with a depth ranging from 0,7m - 2m, surrounded by a beautiful terrace with sun loungers to relax or sunbathe, as well as an exterior shower, to wash off the salt. An umbrella and a sail provide some shade. The seating area with sofa and arm chairs is the ideal place for an appetizer. There is a barbecue available. The villa is situated in a residential area with neighbors.

The 180m2 villa is ground floor only and is modern and luminous. The air conditioned living- and dining room counts with a sofa to watch a good movie on satellite TV or DVD, as well as a dining table for 6. The dining room is separated from the kitchen by a bar with stools, so the family-chef can enjoy the company of the rest, while cooking. The kitchen has a vitro hob, electric oven, dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal. There are three bedrooms: one with two individual beds and two with a double bed. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe and one even has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms and the living area come with A/C. Another bathroom with a shower is for general use of the house. The house counts with a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

This urbanization is quiet, yet close to the beach (750m) and to El Arenal, ideal for some good summer holidays with sun & sea, enjoying the peace and tranquility of the house. In Palma, at 17km from the house, you will find all kinds of cultural and gastronomic offers. You might want to visit the Bellver Castle or have some typical tapas in the Santa Catalina market.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
