This is a traditional rural Majorcan house from the 17th century which was remodelled in 2001. It has awesome views to the countryside and it is just 13.7 km away from one of the most idyllic beaches in Mallorca: Es Trenc.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. However, you can also organize a BBQ by the pool if you prefer. The living room preserves the stately furniture and it is the perfect place to rest watching TV or reading a book. The spacious rooms have enough space in case you need to put a cot and all of them have views to the patio or the terrace.

The terrace that surrounds the house and the pool has 262 m2. At the porch there is a table and chairs where you can have summer dinners. Just by the pool there are 8 sun lounges. In the plot there is covered space to park 2 cars and at the patio there is uncovered space to park at least 3 cars.

This house has a very peaceful atmosphere; it is ideal to spend your holiday surrounded by nature. It is located in a 30000 m2 plot and the area is perfect to take long strolls through the countryside and the pine woods. The surroundings are very good to ride your bike as well!

This beautiful villa is only 3.2 km from the town of Campos, where you will find supermarkets, ATM, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. There is a fruit and vegetable market every Thursday and another local market with any kind of products every Saturday. Don’t miss them!

In about 20 minutes by car you can get to beaches like Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó or Colònia de Sant Jordi. There are boats from Colónia de Sant Jordi to Cabrera Archipelago Maritime-Terrestrial National Park. Go for a day trip to this stunning corner of the Mediterranean!

If you prefer cities, you cannot miss Palma! There you will find lots of services, cultural offer and a great variety of shops. Get lost on the tiny street of the Mediterranean Pearl!
