Welcome to this fantastic villa in can Picafort. It has a beautiful garden and a great private pool that will surprise our 6 guests.
The exterior area is wonderful, a beautiful combination of plants, trees and beautiful greenery that transform the garden into a magical place. It surrounds the great salt water pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and that has a water depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. There is also an exterior shower where you can wash off under the spray, six sunbeds and several sunshades. On the other side, you will find a fruit tree beautiful garden. In front of the house and by the pool there are 2 perfect places to enjoy your breakfast or any of your meals all together. The barbecue is perfect for grilled meals alfresco. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

You will find 2 buildings within the property, the main house and a beautiful annex. The bigger house offers an open concept room with the living, the dining and the kitchen in it. Here you can be all together and chat, enjoy your meals, watch TV (with satellite channels) rest or cook your best recipes on the gas stove. You will also find a bathroom with a tub and two bedroom with a closet and a fan each. One has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. The annexed building offers the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It is perfect for 2 families or friends that want more privacy. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

The house is only 1 km away from the centre of Can Picafort and about 1.5 km away from the majestic and paradisaical beach of fine sand and crystalline water. You will find all services for an independent stay: supermarkets, shops, bars, ice-cream parlours and more. Just imagine yourselves enjoying a drink by the sea. The place also boasts a good night life so you can go out and have fun.
