Overall an okay house for 7 people but with few maintenance issues. However the place is a middle of nowhere and you can do nothing without a car! The 2 shops in the area are rather expensive. Beach thats so close is so so with jelly fish- not so safe with children. View is beautiful though from the tower. Nearest town Lluc major is atleast 25km away. Palma is 35 km away. Nothing is too far but cala pi itself is a small upcoming area

Welcome to this beautiful house with private pool situated in Cala Pi. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The exterior area in this house is wonderful. The backyard surprises with a beautiful water salt pool of 5 x 2 metres and 1.1 to 1.7 metres depth. Here, you will cool down without leaving the house, although the beach is only 350 metres away. The porch is perfect for long evenings with your loved ones enjoying a succulent barbecue.
This two storey house offers all the comfort you need for your stay. You will relax in the comfy and modern living - dining room while you watch the satellite TV, read a book, rest or enjoy your meals all together. The kitchen is independent and equipped with gas stovetop. It has exit to the terrace. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 4 bedrooms. The one on the main floor has a single bed. The other three are upstairs, all of them with twin beds, exit to a terrace or balcony and closet but one. We will provide with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. There is a toilet downstairs and a bathtub bathroom on the upper floor. There also are two fans available in case you need them.
This great residential house is only 350 metres away from the incomparable beach of Cala Pi, a family dream-like beach of fine sand and turquoise water. Please, bear in mind that to go down to Cala Pi there are some very steep stairs. After a long and nice morning in the beach, there are some good restaurants in the area where you can enjoy a delicious Mallorcan lunch and then a walk along the cliffs. For more services you will have to head to Llucmajor.

Por contra, tuvimos que contactar a los servicios de Inter Home para obtener mantas para los seis, contactar a un horno eléctrico que no funcionó durante la estadía y a la secadora que no funcionó en absoluto. durante la estancia Te dejo imaginar a seis personas la cantidad de ropa para secar todos los días porque llegamos en avión con poca ropa.

Die Schlüsselübergabe ist optimal regelt, da man am Flughafen den Schlüsselcode bekommt und der Schlüssel in einem Kästchen an der Finca hängt. Negativ: Entfernung zum Flughafen und Palma sind recht weit (40minuten Taxi). Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwar nicht weit weg, aber komplett mit Touristenpreisen. See more Unterkunft mit Basisausstattung. Bilder auf Plattform sind alt und sollten erneuert werden um dem tatsächlichen Stand gerecht zu werden. Kommunikation war sehr gut und bei Problemen wurde geholfen. Lage in Cala Pi ist sehr gut.
