Very pleasant stay at the Villa. Quality, cleanness and care of the Villa was perfect in line with the description. Perfect for a stay in family, close to two nice restaurants in front of the beach (5min walk). Pool was also very comfortable, the villa is totally new in perfect condition with all the necessary equipment. We really appreciated our stay and recommend this beautiful property. Beautiful and wide terraced house with private pool and sea views in Son Serra de Marina.
Outrageous villa located waterfront in Son Serra de Marina. It has an exterior turquoise salt pool 7,5m long x 3m wide and it's maximum 1,5m deep. Besides, in its exterior you'll also find a cozy furnished 40m2 terrace. In it you can enjoy the warm sun laying down in one of its two sunbeds while watching the waves moving in front of us.The property also has some neighbors that will make our stay more comfortable and will introduce us to the local culture.
Once you get in the house you can relax in the living room where you'll have air conditioner besides watching satellite TV. Lay down in those sofas, you'll enjoy! What, you're hungry? No problem! Its vitro kitchen allows us to cook delicious recipes that you'll enjoy later in the wide dinning room. There's also a laundry room where you'll be able to clean and iron our clothes, that you can leave after that in the bedroom. If this house has something good is that, besides from being amazingly pretty and comfortable, it's cozy. It has two bedrooms, one on each floor. A cot and a baby chair will also be available in the arrival. As per the bathrooms, there are also two. The first one is located on the ground floor and the second one in the first floor. Both of them have sink and shower in suite.
Son Serra de Marina is a really quiet area. Located in the east of Majorca, this area has a wide beach to walk around for hours. This place is usually only visited by locals and it's not a really crowded place. You can also visit a necropolis there and Son Real, a protected natural space. In conclusion, peace and beauty. Supermarkets and shops can be found in Can Picafort, about 10 mintues by car.
