It features a private, 40m2 terrace and a 7.5m x 3m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 1.5m. Enjoy sea views while laying down on one of the two loungers. There are direct neighbors, mostly local people. Welcome to Mallorca!
Indoors, a spacious sitting room with satellite-TV and cozy sofa is nice for a rest. When you're a bit hungry, you can prepare your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob. The laundry is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Ideal for four guests, it has two modern, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed includes a closet, bath en-suite with shower and space for a cot and a high chair. The second room with two single beds is on floor -1 and has only a very small window with no views; nevertheless it is very cozy, has a wardrobe and a shower bath en-suite.
Son Serra de Marina is a quiet coastal town in the north of Mallorca. The coast is mostly rocky, but there's also a nice, natural sand beach. You can make excursions along the beach and visit the Finca Son Real or the Necropolis of Can Picafort. In Son Serra de Marina you'll find a small grocery shop, a pharmacy and one restaurant.
