Welcome to this beautiful villa in the urbanization of sa Coma where you can disconnect and enjoy a great vacation. The nice garden offers a beautiful chlorine pool of 8 x 4 meters with a depth that goes from 0.6 to 1.9 meters surrounded by a terrace where you can enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine on one of its loungers. When you enter the house you will find a magnificent glass porch where you can have coffee in one of the armchairs or on the sofa or you can enjoy the common meals preparing you on the mobile barbecue. The whole plot is fenced and even of nearby neighbors you will enjoy your privacy.

When you enter this cozy house of 245 m2, its warmth and luminosity will seize you. In the spacious living room you can enjoy a movie on the satellite TV while you cool with the air conditioning on one of its fabulous sofas. A few steps up you will find the rustic dining room table that can accomodate 8 people, and with access to the outside porch. Next to the dining area we find the kitchen with American bar, an electric hob and fully equipped to prepare nice meals during your holidays, all in a common space to share special moments with your loves ones. A bathroom with hydromassage shower that serves the ground floor completes this level. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom offers a double bed with en suite bathroom with hydromassage shower and a separate dressing room area. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe and the third one offers a bunk bed and wardrobe. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and the first and second have access to a terrace on the first floor with beautiful views. Another bathroom with shower available for the other two bedrooms. There is a single folding for the extra place. The house has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. For the youngest ones we can provide a baby cot and a children highchair on request.

The main attraction of Sa Coma is its beach and Punta de n'Amer, which is a beautiful natural area. It is a quiet residential area, but you will find the most necessary commercial offer for your private needs. We recommend you to visit every wednesday the weekly sunset market from 7 p.m. onwards, but only between may and october or to enjoy numerous leisure attractions. You can walk along its bike path or visit "El Castell" which is a defense tower dating from the 16th and 17th centuries.
