This villa with a private pool has beautiful views over the countryside of Manacor and offers a second home to 6 guests.
The chlorine pool with a size of 11m x 3.5m is very special because the entrance of the pool makes you remember a beach. Because of this, the depth is from 0m to 1.6m. If you are traveling with children, we can provide protection for the pool upon request. An outdoor shower is ideal for cooling down quickly. The garden has many beautiful places to enjoy the good weather. You can relax with a good glass of wine on the sofa, sunbathing on one of the four hammocks,enjoy a barbecue with friends or having great evenings on the porch overlooking the garden. This unique property is situated in a quiet farming area without direct neighbors.

The cozy living room is a nice place for family meetings next to the wood stove or watching a movie with the kids on TV satellite site. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area and a vitro ceramic kitchen. If you need a little break from cooking you can take a dip in the pool as the kitchen has direct access to the outside. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board.

Two bedrooms with double beds and one other bedroom with a bunk bed, all equipped with a fan and tastefully decorated, invites you to dream. One of the double bedroom has an own bathroom with shower and bathtub. Another bathroom with shower serves the rest of the house. If traveling with a baby, we provide a cot and highchair. There are four fans at your disposal.

Only a few kilometers separate you from the beautiful east coast and beaches like Porto Cristo, Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Cales de Mallorca, all fine sand and ideal for families. These beaches have all kind of service you can imagine, including restaurants, bars, playgrounds, shops and bicycle rental. Near Cala Millor is the safari-zoo, where you can see exotic animals, a nice excursion for the whole family. At the same time, Cala Millor is ideal for a drink at night. In Manacor there are large supermarkets and many shops. Manacor is famous for being the birthplace of tennis player Rafael Nadal and for the factory of Mallorcan pearls, called Majorica.
