Villa Tramuntana (inca)

Welcome to this magnificiet country house for 6 people, with private pool and on the outskirts of Inca.
With nice views to the mountains and surrounded by fields, with all sorts of trees and plants, this fantastic country house invites guests to enjoy the peace. The porch becomes itself the best scenery to have a good breakfast before swimming along the morning in the private pool. It uses chlorine and it has a size of 7 x 4 m and a depth from 1.3 up to 1.5 m. Around it, there are 6 sunbeds to sunbathe and two umbrellas to read something interesting. Moreover, if you travel with children, there is also a safety fence. At midday or at night, the indoor terrace is just fitting for a delicious barbecue. After that, you can enjoy of a pleasant evening chatting in the glass-enclosed living room that you can encounter upon the porch. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours.

Once you get into the house, there you can find a huge room which unifies the living room - furnished with two sofas, satellite TV and a CD player so that you can have some entertainment -the dining room and kitchen area, - equipped with a gas hob, an oven and everything needed to cook-. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are also three dormitories with two individual beds and a wardrobe, two of them at the same floor and the third one is located up the spiral staircase. Regarding to the bathrooms, there are two baths with shower, one indoor and the other one outdoor. Finally, the acclimatisation of the house is comprised by air conditioner in the kitchen-living- and dining room and also in the bedrooms, as well as a fan and two radiators. Please, take into account that the living room chimney is just decorative.

Inca is a beautiful city at the centre of the island, located at 3.5 km from the villa. It offers all the necessary facilities for a great stay such as supermarkets, shops, bars, traditional restaurants, etc. Every Thursday there is taken place a major market in which you are going to be able to buy local products, clothes, accessories and souvenirs. The closest beach is located in Puerto de Alcúdia and it's characterised by its fine white sand and its crystal-clear waters. Its central location is ideal to visit other wonderful places such as the capital, Palma, or the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
