Start your day with a morning swim in the 10 x 5 meter sized pool with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.5 meters, overlooking the rolling, lush green hills. Your kids may enjoy playing in the garden or having a good time going on the swing. Spend afternoons with friends and family, having a barbecue on the terrace or the porch. Afterwards, you may share a bottle of wine on the thatched covered sitting area, furnished with sofas and chairs. There's an exterior bathroom with shower by the pool area. The plot is fenced and the are no direct neighbors.

The villa has two buildings: the two-storey main house, which is surrounded by well-kept exteriors and a wonderful annexed house.

The main house presents an exquisite and bright decoration. Equipment includes cozy sofas, rustic furniture, wooden beams, A/C, a fireplace and a TV with satellite channels. Spend a lovely evening with friends and family, watching a film and enjoy your free time. There's a dining area where 6 people can enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen is well equipped and features a vitro hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and much more. A breakfast bar is perfect for a coffee in the morning. Besides, there's a dining table with 4 chairs. A lovely bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and desk as well as a spacious bathroom with shower are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with double bed, A/C, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub is on the first floor. There's enough space for a cot if necessary. Besides, the house has a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. This house caters for both season as it has A/C in 2 living rooms and 1 bedroom and central heating for the winter.

Enjoy a lazy afternoon having a coffee break on the furnished porch or a little siesta on the Balinese bed. This porch gives access to the annexed house. When entering, a bright sitting-dining area welcomes you. This room offers A/C, a fireplace and a TV. The kitchen is basically equipped and comes with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a toaster. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed, wardrobe and has space to prepare 2 extra beds if necessary. Besides, there's a bathroom with bathtub. This lovely little house has no central heating but we can supply electric radiators on request.

The property is located in a quiet area of Campanet, but still within the village. The village square is the place for the locals daily life. there several bars and restaurants of Mallorcan traditional cuisine and the narrow streets are beautiful for a walk throughout. The Tramuntana mountain range is quite near so you can practice biking or hiking and reach the monastery of Lluc, ses Fonts Ufanes (a spectacular natural event) or the beautiful village of Biniaraix. But please, don't leave without visiting the extraordinary caves of Campanet. Inca is just 10 minutes away by car, and features much more services including its famous street market every Thursday. The nearest beaches are in the north of the island, about 25 minutes away by car.
