This house is divided into two floors and you will accommodate on the first floor, since the housekeepers, a nice couple, is living on the ground floor. They will maintain the pool and the garden, in order to keep the property in a clean and perfect condition while you are staying there.

This property features a 10 x 5 m, chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 2.3 m. There you can swim or play with your kids. The pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden, where you can bask in the sun, have a barbecue with your family or use the exterior shower to cool yourself down. This house is ideal for those seeking relax and have a good time with your loved ones.

On entering the property you will find a great foyer, where you can leave your personal items, and further on there is a fantastic living room with air conditioning, where you can admire the views through the large window. In this room you can unwind from the stress and routine watching satellite TV or through a good read. The dining room is the perfect place to have endless after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen is independent and it has everything you need to create any dish you can think of, including electric stove. The laundry area is in the kitchen and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms in this property, all with wardrobes and in the first floor, two of them with one double bed and the third with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with shower and one in suite. This property has air conditioning in the living room and the three bedrooms, one crib for smaller and central heating.

This villa is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by woods and near-by the zone of Pollensa. Crestatx is a residential area which is between Sa Pobla and Pollença. Being so close to Sa Pobla (one of the most important towns of the island) gives you access to a wide variety of fruits and vegetables because it is characterized by its farming tradition. Every Sunday there is market in Sa Pobla, and there you have access to everything you might need during your stay. Just 14km away is the town of Pollença, where you can enjoy the charm of its cobblestone streets and where you can also visit the chapel of Calvari and enjoy the views it offers (to get to it, you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for every day of the year). The nearest fine sand beach is the one in Port of Alcudia, which is located only 15 km away and in that area you can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, diving or jet skis.
