Lovely three-storey house with private pool, set in the urbanization Maioris Décima close to the beach. It can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This homelike house is very spacious and is just perfect for families and friends who like staying close to the capital Palma de Mallorca and the beach.
A private, 7m x 3.5m chlorine pool with a maximum depth of 1.6m is nice for a refreshing swim. Several terraces and two porches are nice for enjoying great al fresco dining. There's also an exterior shower and six loungers to bask in the sun. The house is in a quiet urbanization with direct neighbors.
On the ground floor there's a spacious, air conditioned sitting-dining room with access to the terrace, sofas, a TV with satellite channels and Wifi. Share laughs and talks with your loved ones around the dining table with space for six people. Additionally, there's a toilet on that floor. The laundry room is fitted with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
This house features four air conditioned bedrooms, three of them are set on the first floor. You can choose between one room with a double bed, access to a terrace, shower bath en-suite and dressing room, and two bedrooms equipped with one single bed, wardrobe and access to a balcony. Besides, there's a bath with bathtub.
The second floor consists in one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and terrace access. The equipment of this house is characterized by being modern and minimalist.
The luxury urbanization of Maioris Décima is in the south of Mallorca, in the municipality of Llucmajor and close to the beach and all necessary services. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the natural beach of Es Trenc. Furthermore, you could visit the small bay Cala Pi with crystal clear waters and fine grained sand. In Campos takes place a market every Saturday and Thursday where you can buy ecological groceries.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
