Welcome to this lovely countryside House near Selva. It is a two-storey House with 180 m2; a perfect place for families and groups of friends.
This house has AC except in one of the bedrooms. There are 4 spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed, 2 with twin beds and one with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms.
The living room has comfy sofas where you can rest, have a little nap or watch satellite TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with table, chairs, toaster, microwave, coffee Machine, electric oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer and a lot more. There are also washing Machine, iron and ironing board. Please mind that pets are not allowed.
The exteriors are really nice: have breakfast under the furnished porch, sunbathe, swim in the 9 x 3.2 meters pool, have a BBQ and let the kids play in the lawn area while you relax having a glass of Spanish wine. The house is surrounded by 2500 m2 of land with fruit trees.
The location is perfect, as you can easily reach any other place in the island. However, you will need a car – there is a bus stop 1 km from the house but it doesn’t offer very good service. In town, you will find restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The closest hospital is in Inca, 4.7 km from the house.
In Inca you will find any kind of shops and restaurants (fresh fish, meats, Italians, tapas, tasting menu, sushi, traditional Majorcan food, etc.). As well as that, there is a local market on Thursdays and the town becomes a lively place.
In 20 minutes by car you can reach lovely beaches: Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor or Port de Pollença. We as well recommend visiting Cala Sant Vicenç and the beautiful town of Pollença. There, you can climb the 365 steps to El Calvari, where you will get fantastic views of the bay, the town and the mountains!

The pool was most appreciated after our daily bike rides in the Tremuntana. It was great that there was wine and water in the fridge (which we replenished) when we arrived after a long flight from Canada. "Everything was perfect.
