Welcome to this high quality luxury oasis for 12 guests which includes a private pool and gym area, very close to the golf course in the peaceful urbanisation of Son Xigala.
The exterior of this wonderful house is perfect to enjoy the good weather in the island. The pool, which is the great protagonist without a doubt, is ideal to swim after a day in the beach or after an entertaining golf game. This is an irregular shape chlorine pool sizing 10 x 5 metres and a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2 metres. If you feel like, you can sunbathe in any of the sun loungers or read a book while the little ones play in the gardened area after the swim. The house also offers several outdoors areas where you will really enjoy the summer. From the pool, climb the stairs to the main floor terrace -from where you can access the living room- with sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy a vermouth before lunch. On the other side of the house, there is another marvellous terrace for our guests to enjoy delicious meals cooked on the gas barbecued and an amazing stylishly decorated chill-out full of sofas. This is the perfect corner for unforgettable evenings with your loved ones.
The amazing 3-storey house has 367 m2 characterised by a modern air, a quality furniture and a great style. The superb living room offers two sofas where you can sit to watch satellite TV after having lunch at the great dining table for 10 people. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave,... and access to the back terrace, so it is perfect to cook and enjoy the meal outdoors. On the main floor we also find two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a closet, and one of them with exit to the terrace. The floor is completed with a shower bathroom. The first floor offers three more bedrooms which share a beautiful furnished terrace from where you can enjoy the views to the town. One has a double bed and another two twin beds, both with a closet. The third bedroom presents a double bed, a closet and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub and an independent shower. There also is a complete bathroom with a bathtub and a bidet which also offers the possibility to go outside to have a shower with the moonlight as your only company. Finally, on the basement our guests will find the last bedroom, with a double bed and a closet, and accessed from a living area where you can rest after exercising with the gym equipment. A shower bathroom completes this floor. The house features a very complete equipment with air-conditioning all throughout as well as central heating, two cots and two high chairs, and a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron, a tumble dryer and an iron board.
The residential area of Son Xigala is a quiet and elegant spot very near Palma, the capital of the island, where our guests will not only find all needed services for an independent stay but also a wide offer of leisure, shops, restaurants, museums, night life and, why not, glamour. For those who love golf, the course is just about 500 metres away from the property. An the nearest beach, Cala Major, is about 6 km away. During winter and spring, the house becomes the best starting point for cyclist and hikers as well as for those passionate of nautical activities in the summer.
