This fascinating cottage in the mountain will amaze you with the impressive landscape full of greenery while you relax in the private chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and has a depth between 1.20 and 2.25 metres. It is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun loungers where you will be able to bask in the sun in absolute peace and privacy. By the pool, the porch offers room for a delicious meal with the loved ones. The property is fenced and, although there are neighbours around, it invites to enjoy the calm and the privacy walking around through the cobbled paths ans its forest garden while admiring the beauty of the front facade covered by the beautiful ivy.

The house comprises 2 floors. When you enter, the huge and charming living room meets you, the perfect place to spend a while watching the satellite TV channels and, in the winter nights, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. The Mallorcan style kitchen offers a gas stove, oven and all kitchen utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. In addition, its is open to the dining area so you can serve the dishes right there. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor there is a double bed bedroom with a walk-in closet and en en-suite bathroom with a tub apart from a toilet for the rest of the main floor. Upstairs on the upper floor you find a cosy reading room and the other three bedrooms, all of them with two twin beds, an en-suite shower bathroom and a closet. There are 5 fans available for the summer and gas central heating for the coldest months. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is set in a great mountain urbanisation about 5 km away from the lovely town of Valldemossa. This is a privileged spot near the charming villages that will transport you to a different era. Valldemossa features an astonishing kind of edification where all houses, churches and streets are covered by stone. The centre offers supermarkets, bars and bakeries and you cannot leave without trying the famous "coca de patata", a kind of brioche made of potatoes that you must try with hot chocolate. As the town is in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range, the mountain transforms into dream-like beaches and coves just a few km away, like the one in Port de Canonge about 11 km away or the one in Port de Valldemossa among many others.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
