Only 150 meters separate this 3-storey house for 10 people from the beautiful beach of Playa de Muro.
Start the day outdoors with a rich breakfast next to the pool or in front of the wonderful garden. Sitting on the rocker to read a book, while the little ones of the family play on the lawn, will also be a pleasure. The private chlorine pool has child protection and a size of 10 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 0.60 to 2 m. 5 sun loungers are on disposal to enjoy the sunny days.
From the garden you enter into a spacious living - dining area with open kitchen. Equipped with satellite TV the ideal place for a small break. In the kitchen with gas stove you will miss nothing to cook your favourite dishes. The washing machine, ironing board and iron are placed in the laundry. A bathroom with bath tub is located on this floor. The second living - dining area on the first floor has access to a furnished terrace. Enjoy a cool drink in the evening and admire the sunset. Four bedrooms with wardrobe, three of them have two single beds and another has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with bath tub gives service to all rooms. A cot and high chair is possible on request. In the spacious loft, there is a fifth bedroom that features two single beds, a dressing room as well as a further bathroom with bathtub. It also has access to a simple terrace.
The house is located near the road so it has good communication and easy access to all necessary services, and anywhere on the island. Beach lovers will find their own paradise as the beach of Playas de Muro is one of the best on the island. The fine, white sandy beach of Alcúdia covers quite a few kilometres, all the way from the harbour of Alcúdia to Can Picafort and is ideal for children and water sports. A car is recommended but not strictly necessary. During the high season, every 15 minutes a bus runs to the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia which is only 5 km away. There the atmosphere is more lively, the streets are full of shops, bars and restaurants. We recommend a visit to the old town of Alcúdia and to its market on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt, eine sehr praktische Lage und alle was man braucht.
We stayed at Villa Esperanza in Playa de Muro for a family holiday with 10 of us altogether. The villa is huge and the rooms were big. We would recommend staying here as we had a fantastic holiday! The private pool is great and there are plenty of areas to sunbathe with sun loungers provided. Somebody came to clean the pool once during our stay. There’s also a lot of areas within the villa premises to sit back and relax including 3 terraces and the garden was maintained to a lovely standard with lemon, plum and other fruit trees. The BBQ was a great addition also. The villa was generally clean however quite outdated but this didn’t bother us too much, it was just a typical Spanish home. Some would say it could do with a revamp but we found it adequate for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of pots and pans and the gas oven wasn’t too difficult to use. On our stay the tap was very worn and was problematic turning on to the point it actually broke but they sent someone out within an hour to replace it. When we arrived a lot of the plates and glassware were quite dirty and needed washing before we could use them but we put this down to previous guests and it didn’t spoil our stay. We stayed the first week in May and it was lovely weather in the day however freezing at night!! Of course this wasn’t the fault of the villa, just the time of year and there were plenty of blankets provided. The villa is walking distance to the beach less than a 5 minute walk and there were plenty of small supermarkets nearby and a large supermarket 35 minute walking distance or a short bus journey away called Eroski city supermarket. There were also lots of places to eat out nearby. One issue we did have was the lack of flexibility with check in and check out times. To the point that because our departure flight was at 23:30 we ended up having to pay an extra night costing £174 to be able to stay the day as otherwise the check out was at 10am and we would have been wandering round all day. The villa wouldn’t let us even leave our luggage there for the day which we found quite unaccommodating. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would recommend this to other families with everything we’ve said kept in mind.

Location ideal as long as you did not want to be in the bright lights all the time. Wonderful beach across fairly busy road but plenty crossing points. Number of restaurants and supermarkets within 100/400 metres
