Villa Everly is a beautiful modern villa with five bedrooms, located right by the sea in the gated Vista Alegre community. The villa offers stunning sea views and spans three levels, with two pools. Each bedroom has its own terrace and amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and blue skies. These exceptional views and separate bedrooms spread across various living spaces make Villa Everly a popular choice for tourists.

The retractable glass doors lead to an outdoor dining area and a kid-friendly plunge pool. The outdoor space has extensive decking, built-in seating, and retractable shade, making it as inviting as the indoors for socializing or enjoying endless blue views.

The top floor features an open-plan living room and kitchen with a cozy Scandinavian-style fireplace surrounded by large windows. This room is perfect for enjoying throughout the year. There's also a twin bedroom on this floor with outdoor chill-out areas and a wrap-around terrace. Most of the daily activities and entertainment take place on the lower floor, where you'll find four ensuite bedrooms, a cinema with surround sound, a well-equipped bar, cabinets, and a dining table.

The bedrooms are spacious, have plenty of storage space, and come with their own bathrooms. Each bedroom has doors that open to let in the sea breeze while ensuring privacy.

In addition to the private pool, the villa is part of a community of houses with access to a large seafront pool and terrace. While this pool is shared, each house in the community has its own pool. Villa Everly offers the best access to this spacious kidney-shaped pool perched on the cliff, complete with sun loungers and a shaded bar area.
