In the basement, there is one last bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom, alongside a practical laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Additionally, for the convenience of guests traveling with babies, the villa has a crib and a high chair.
