This recently built house with private pool in Playas de Muro joyfully welcomes 6 guests.
The lovely white sandy beach of Playa de Muro is waiting for you only 10 minutes walk away. Here, you will enjoy never-ending days amid the crystalline water and the sun. However, we know for sure that you will also want to stay at home. The beautiful garden surrounding the pool will be the delight of our guests. The pool sizes 5 x 2 metres and the depth ranges from 1.5 to 1.7 metres. Just imagine how you will relax while swimming or basking in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers during the whole morning to taste a delicious barbecue at the terrace afterwards. In the evening, you can't miss the wonderful sunset by a bottle of wine at the chill-out sitting area or at the top solarium terrace.

Offering pure comfort and modernity, this one-storey house can be accessed from the terrace, where you find a spacious air-conditioned room shared by the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. Here, you will feel as if you were at your own home when cooking on the ceramic top, enjoying your meals all together and having a funny chat or resting on the sofa while watching the satellite TV channels afterwards. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Your rest is granted in the three bedrooms offered. All of them with AC, closet and direct access to the garden. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and the other two present two twin beds each. Another shower bathroom is available for the rest of the house. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair is also available.

The area of Playas de Muro, and especially the area of la Albufera, located just 3 km away, is perfect for those who love hiking, biking and even taking pictures. The wild life of this place is extraordinary so you can't leave without taking some photographs. You can visit the remains of the ancient Roman City of Pollentia in the town of Alcudia and enjoy its traditional street market.
