With a certain air of Ibiza, this majestic house is absolutely marvellous and ideal for those persons who love the sea, the nice views and the comfort. Its exterior corners are a true privilege. These corners integrate a magnificent jacuzzi that invites you to relax in it, feeling the sea breezes, the odour marine and the feeling of being sailing on the sea. Furthermore, it is heated in the range 32 ºC - 38 ºC. In its surrounding area, there is a beautiful stone terrace that is perfect for sunbathing on one of the four sun loungers and make a tasty barbecue at midday, outdoors, or at nights, under the rolling tarpaulin. And, on the other hand, the upper terrace is an ideal place to take an orange juice in the morning or a glass of wine watching the sunset.

The house, in its indoors, is even more beautiful. The large living room has air conditioning,wonderful sea views and a wall of mares as well as a decorative chimney that provide a special characteristic to feel oneself as if you were at home watching the satellite TV. The dining room, with a rustic table for 6 dinner guests, opens up to the kitchen, equipped with ceramic stove, oven, everything necessary to cook and an outdoor exit. The laundry, independent, has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are also two bathrooms with shower, one is on this floor and the other one is on the upper floor. There are three dormitories with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, two of them downstairs and one on, upstairs. One of the bedrooms of the main floor has a television, direct access to the terrace with jacuzzi and space to accommodate a cot and a high chair. During the cold-weather months, the house also offers radiant floor.

The precious village of Villajoyosa belongs to Alicante and it is located in Costa Blanca. It is characterised by its beautiful and picturesques houses which brings joy and color to those who visit it. And, even better, it has a beautiful golden beach and crystal-clear waters, which is located at only 10 meters from the house, just below. Regarding to available facilities, it has everything you may require along your stay, such as bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops.
