Wonderful country house with private pool for 8 guests near Alcudia.
The 9 x 5m large fresh water pool with a water depth of 1.4 - 1.9 m is without a doubt a highlight in the spacious outdoor area of the house. The pool is kept clean with chlorine. Sun loungers and hammocks invite you to relax. There is a garden shower and garden areas for children to play. A furnished porch lends itself to enjoy meals outdoors. A fixed grill is available. The property is fenced and you have complete privacy.

There are 2 buildings: The main house is nicely restored and furnished in a modern style. In the bright, air - conditioned living - dining area you will immediately feel at home. Take a break on the comfortable sofa and watch a program on satellite TV before gathering friends and family around the dining table for 6 people. Cooking together is a pleasure in the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. Washing machine, ironing board and iron are located in the laundry room.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, 1st has a bunk bed and wardrobe, the 2d has 2 single beds and wardrobe and the 3rd is air conditioned, has a double bed, a dressing room and the bathroom (hydro massage) bath tub "en suite". Another shower room is accessible to all residents. To keep fit while on vacation, the well-equipped gym is ideal.

In the annex there is a kitchen with gas stove and dining table for 6 persons, another bedroom with double bed and shower room "en suite". On request, a cot and high chair can be provided.

The wonderful finca is located near the beautiful town of Alcudia where you'll find all services for an independent stay. It is a great place to visit and walk along its medieval wall. The beach is also very close, in Puerto de Alcudia, a beach of fine sand and crystal clear waters where you can also practice water sports and enjoy a great beach environment and great nightlife.

Due to the proximity of the road, you can hear the noise of the cars.
