Beliggenheten på huset er bra. Litt vel harde senger for de fleste av oss 9 som var her 14 dager. Gammelt hus som vi fikk erfare i form av lekkasje toalett hoved etasje, uten ac i 5 dager på et soverom, resten av ac er klar for utskifting pga dårlig kapasitet. Renholdet i huset når vi ankom var bra luktet rent. I kjøkkenet var greit med utstyr til bespisning, men for matlaging manglet det meste av utstyr, av denne erfaring skal vi neste gang be om bilde av et vel utstyrt kjøkken, vi endte med å kjøpe en del utstyr selv. Basseng området er ok, men den velholdte hagen med frukttrær trenger en grundig opprydning. Vi synes ikke oppholdet var verdt prisen, gikk mye tid i kommunikasjon med Homerti.

This wonderful villa with private pool, located in Mijas, can accommodate 9 guests.
The exteriors of the property are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Its spacious and well-kept gardens are surrounded by fruit trees to lose yourself in, while on the terrace you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 10 x 4m with a depth varying between 1m and 1.90m. Here you can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers. In addition, the porch with sea view is ideal for dining or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor we find the living-dining room, equipped with AC, TV and fireplace, ideal to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a toilet on this floor. A staircase takes you to the lower floor, where you will find the 4 bedrooms. Three of them have 2 double beds and AC (and two of them also have a fan). One of them has an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower and direct access to the garden. The last bedroom has a single bed and no window. A bathroom with hydro-massage shower and bathtub completes this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The accommodation is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area of Mijas and offers beautiful views of the sea on the horizon. It is also located a few meters from beautiful dark sandy beaches with beach bars and other services where you can also go scuba diving or snorkelling. Around the area you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. In addition, the nearby golf courses ensure a unique day of fun.
