Villa Livia is a beautiful new house designed in the comfortable and bright style of Ibiza. It's located in the fancy Cap Martinet area, which is one of the best places in Ibiza. It's near the pretty Talamanca Beach, the charming village of Jesus, and Can Pep Simó. The house is modern and was built in 2016.

Outside, there's a wonderful pool area with comfy Balinese beds, sun chairs, and umbrellas. It's a peaceful place where you can relax, sunbathe, and swim in the pool. In Villa Livia, every detail is thoughtfully designed to make it a very comfortable and fancy place. They used only the best materials and furniture to make the house feel luxurious and elegant.

This fantastic house has three levels:

Ground Floor: Here, you'll find four big bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and you can easily walk out to the inviting pool area. It's a great spot to start your day and enjoy the outdoors.

Central Floor: On this level, there's a nice kitchen, a big living room, a fancy dining room, an extra bathroom, and one more bedroom with its own bathroom. You'll also have a big terrace where you can enjoy meals outside and soak up the sun.

Upper Floor: Go up to the top level, and you'll find a huge rooftop terrace. From here, you can see amazing views of the city of Ibiza, the beautiful sea, and the big mountains that surround the island.
