Welcome to this wonderful house, located on the second line of the sea, in Son Veri Nou. It has a private pool and can accommodate 10 people.
Outside you will find different artificial lawn area that create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a good swim in the pool, a delicious barbecue or a glass of wine at the porch. This is a salt water pool sizing 5 x 4 metres ans with a depth that goes from 1.3 to 2.1 metres. There are 10 sun loungers around where you can sunbathe and the you can cool down in the pool or under the spray of the exterior shower. The house also offers two bicycles that you can ride for free during your stay. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house comprises two floor. You find the living-dining room when you enter and this is equipped with TV-Sat and AC. Then you find the spacious dining-kitchen that offers a natural gas stovetop and oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. There is an independent laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will rest in the 5 bedrooms, all of them with AC, closet and direct exit to the terrace or garden. Two of them still are on the main floor, one with twin beds and the other with double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The three bedrooms upstairs feature a double bed each and one also has an en-suite. All bathrooms ha a tub and the main floor also offers a toilet. A baby cot and a high chair also are available. The house is equipped with natural gas central heating.

Son Veri Nou is well known because of its family tourists in search of relax silence and peace, coming to know the island, making excursions and visiting the beaches. The best plan at night is enjoying a peaceful dinner in a beautiful restaurant. In fact, the area presents all needed services in less than 300 metres like supermarkets, cafes, etc. On order to spend the best day at the beach the nearest one is Cala Blava about 600 metres away although you can't miss es Trenc or sa Rapita, among many others. The airport is just 10 minutes away by car and Palma, the capital, about 25 minutes away.

This rental can not accept customers under 25 years, except in cases where travelling with their parents. We need copies of the ID/passports of each person to accept the booking.

One pet is welcome in the property.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
