Tranquility in the countryside of Mallorca, in this typical country house, where the magnificent salt water pool is the pearl on the necklace. It measures 6m x 4m, with a depth ranging from 0,8m to 1,9m, and it is surrounded by a wooden terrace with sunloungers, and a green garden area with a sail to provide some protection from the sun. There is an exterior shower, to wash of the salt. Next to the house, on the terrace, you will enjoy memorable evenings, preparing a barbecue with your family or having relaxed conversations under the Mediterranean stars. The terrain is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy, as there are no direct neighbors.

The 180m2 house is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, we enter into a luminous living room, with two comfortable, modern sofas, a fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV and wifi. The other side consists of a dining kitchen, with a rustic dining table and a modern kitchen with a vitro hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensil to cook during your stay. On the ground floor, we also find one of the three bedrooms, with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a general bathroom with a shower. Ascending the stairs, we find a chaise-longe with a reading light, to read a good book or enjoy a typical “siesta”, when it gets too warm outside. This little loft leads us to the other two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a wardrobe, and another with a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. The house counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The quiet countryside offers views on the mountains. It is magnificent to have an early evening walk and breath in the country air. The village is nearby, for basic services. In Marratxí you will find shops and restaurants and in Santa María there is a big sunday market. The nearest beach is Playa de Palma, at 15km.

Note: We do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this house (this does not apply to families with children). We will ask for copies of all passports, to confirm any booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
