This was our first holiday in a villa and we had the most relaxing holiday ever. The villa was big enough that 7 adults and two children had their private space when needed. The pool was cleaned a few times in the week but there's no shallow end so it wasn't suitable for the children. We arrived with two hungry children so the fruit and water was very much appreciated. The villa is in a perfect location, a five minute walk to a small beach and childs play area and at the most a 15min walk to the main beach in santa ponsa. It's also very secure and in a quiet area so a great nights sleep. Our only negative is the strict check in and out times which is totally understandable if guests were coming or going on the same days as we were. We arrived to a spotless villa and I'm sure the cleaners would need the time to get it ready for the next guests. We had a 16 mth baby and had to book an apartment so she could sleep from 10 until 1.00 when we had our transfer to the airport.

Mediterranean villa ideally located in the urbanization of Santa Ponça, just 50 meters from the sea. It has 300 m2 and capacity for 8 people.
This two-storey house is ideal for families or small groups of friends who want to spend their holidays next to the beach. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all equipped with fan and wardrobe. One comes with two single beds, one with a king size single bed and one with a normal single bed. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor (one with shower and the second bath with bathtub). There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with double bed and fan, but only one with closet. A bathroom with bathtub is available on the first floor.
The house has two spacious living-dining rooms with AC, which are the perfect space to surf the internet, watch satellite TV, watch a DVD or take a nap. Both spaces have a dining table with chairs for all guests. In addition, there is a cosy sitting room with sofas and armchairs where you can have afternoon tea or relax reading a book.
The independent kitchen counts with everything you may need: a blender, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen appliances, kettle, juice maker, dishwasher, fridge and a lot more. Of course there is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. Please mind that pets are not allowed.
Start your day with a large breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the aroma of the pines and the sea breeze of this idyllic setting. The terrace is very well decorated with Mediterranean plants and trees and it is furnished with various tables with chairs and a chill out zone with armchairs. There is a BBQ, so you can organize meals with your family and friends enjoying the good climate of the island. Pass your day relaxing by the pool on one of the sun loungers, enjoying the peace of the place. The pool has a size of 5 x 10 meters.
The location of the villa is absolutely perfect. Cross the street, go down a few steps and you will reach the rocky beach with crystalline waters; the perfect place for a quick dip before lunch. In Santa Ponça you will find all kind of services and leisure offer: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, surgery, golf course, etc. Nearby there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Cala Falcó, Portals Vells, Platja des Mag and much more.
In 15 minutes driving by car you will reach the harbour of Portals Nous, which is famous for its excellent restaurants and shops. Have a delicious dinner looking at the luxurious yachts next to the small, colourful fishing boats. The popular villages Andratx, Port d’Andratx, Santa Pons and Peguera are between 15 and 30 minutes driving by car from the house.
The capital Palma de Mallorca is also quite close and is worth visiting it. You will reach it easy and fast through the motorway. The “pearl of the Mediterranean” is a popular destination during the whole year and attracts visitants from all over the world. It offers a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and has numerous famous monuments. The most famous ones are the Cathedral of Palma, the castle Bellever and the historic centre.

4 guests reviewed this property. This Villa is as advertised. Very spacious in a quiet yet convenient location. The decor is quite 'unusual,' with a cork tile walled bedroom, one bedroom with orange walls and orange silk sheets with pink curtains etc. another bedroom with some yellow and some purple walls etc. The bathrooms have recently been modernised and the property is clean, with very good outside space. There is enough space for a large family or large group of friends, and due to the bedrooms being over two floors, you can either escape from your children (or parents).

It was very spacious, very private and in a lovely residential area which was very close to a small sandy beach. The customer service from the property company in charge was also very good. Would definitely book again!
