This property features a private, 8 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.8 m to 2 m, an exterior shower, a table-tennis and a BBQ. On the porch you can enjoy long table-talks with your family while having breakfast.

This home offers accommodation on 135 m2 and one floor. There are two bedrooms; one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed and a private shower bathroom. Additionally, there is another bathroom with shower. We can supply a cot and a high chair in case you travel with a baby. The sitting-dining room is nicely decorated and a lovely corner to watch satellite-TV, read a book or have dinner together. The kitchen with vitro hob is full-equipped and there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The village of Alcudia, located in the north of Mallorca, has an interesting history. The old town with its cobbled streets and small cafés is typical for Spain. Furthermore, you can visit the church, the Roman excavations, the town wall and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. There, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmers. If the beach is what you are searching for, we recommend you to visit Puerto de Alcudia, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Playa de Formentor and Puerto de Pollensa. The old town of Pollensa is famous for the Calvary. 365 stairs lead you to the top, where you will find a small chapel and stunning views over the bay of Pollensa.
