Fantastic house situated at only 200 meters from the known beach of Oliva, with private pool and accommodation for 4+2 guests.
The exteriors of the house are spectacular. It features two furnished porches that are ideal to spend good moment relaxing all together at the chillout and having a refreshing drink or a glass of wine after a delicious meal cooked at the barbecue. All this plus the incredible chlorine pool, 4 x 2 meters large and 1.50 to 1.70 meters depth, and an area where to relax on the Balinese deckchair.

The house is distributed into a ground floor. When you come into the property, there is a large kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a TV. In the kitchen zone which is equipped with gas hob, there are also all the necessary utensils to cook without problems. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board.

In total there are two bedrooms with wardrobe and fan; one of these has a double bed while the other has a trundle bed. There is a shower bathroom that services the entire house. If you travel with a baby, then we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The beach is located at about 2 minutes walking and invites not only to enjoy its waters and its fine sand, but also to practice different water activities. At about 7 minutes, there is the equestrian centre of Oliva Nova, where you can take some particular lesson or even visit the state championship. Likewise, in its nearby, there is a golf course as well, at about 2.5 km. We recommend you not leaving without knowing the Parque Natural de Montgó and “La Marjal d’Oliva” where it is located the salt fountain with beneficial properties for the skin. In the centre of the town, there are all kind of services such as restaurants, bars and so on.
