This charming villa, located in a quiet coastal area, is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. Its exterior features a 6.4 x 3.2 metre chlorine pool, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days, with a depth varying between 1.2 and 1.4 metres. The spacious terrace, equipped with a fixed barbecue, invites you to enjoy outdoor evenings with views of the nearby mountains under the furnished porch.

Moving into the modern interior of the house, you will find a large and bright space that combines the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room, equipped with Smart TV and a sofa for the whole family, is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The kitchen, integrated into the dining room, has an induction hob and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A highchair will be provided if you are travelling with a baby. The house has three bedrooms: one with double bed, air conditioning and cot, ideal for couples with small children; and two bedrooms with single beds, both with air conditioning. The two bathrooms, one of them en suite, are fully equipped and have showers. Furthermore, a laundry area with tumble dryer, iron and ironing board completes the amenities of the house.
