The exteriors of this fantastic villa are designed to fully enjoy the summer in Cadiz. The incredible private saltwater pool is perfect for cooling off and sunbathing after a morning at the nearby beach. It measures 3 x 10 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.80 meters. After a refreshing dip, the best plan is to prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy a wonderful evening with your loved ones. The property is fenced and has close neighbours.

The interior of the property has been decorated with great refinement over its three floors. The terrace connects with the magnificent living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The impressive kitchen, on the other hand, features an induction cooktop and a dining area for 6 diners. On this same floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. On the first floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds. The -1 floor, with large and bright spaces, also offers a large dining-living room with a kitchen and another bedroom with a double bed. On this floor, you will also find the laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house is equipped with centralized air conditioning, and we can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby.

The house is located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, a picturesque coastal town in the province of Cadiz that captivates with its Andalusian charm. Its golden beaches, like the popular Playa de la Fontanilla, very close to our villa, merge with the Atlantic, offering soft sands and crystal-clear waters. The town centre is a labyrinth of white streets winding among whitewashed houses. The Plaza de España is the vibrant heart of the town, surrounded by bars and restaurants where you can savour local delights. Other charming places nearby that you shouldn't miss include Chiclana, Cadiz, El Puerto de Santa María, or Jerez de la Frontera.
