Villa Noya is in a great location, just a short 5-minute walk from the pretty Cala Nova beach, the Atzaro Beach Club, and lots of places to eat. Tennis fans will like that there are two free tennis courts within 200 meters of the house, and they're only for people who live on this street.
When you go outside, you'll see a really inviting setup. There's a big round pool and a covered dining area with a BBQ grill, making it a great place to hang out. This lovely outdoor area is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with colorful bushes and graceful palm trees, making it a peaceful spot.
Come inside Villa Noya, and you'll find a cozy interior that goes perfectly with the lovely surroundings. This nice house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so there's plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The main part of the house is the big living room, which has an LCD TV and a sound system, making it a great place to relax. Nearby, there's a big dining table where you can enjoy meals with your family and friends. The kitchen is all set up with everything you need to make tasty meals, and there's a useful room with a washing machine to make your stay easier. If you want more privacy or need space for extra guests, there's a separate apartment on the left side when you enter the house. It's available for an extra cost and can fit two more people.
If you want even more comfort, you can get a heated pool for an extra 500€ per week. Villa Noya offers a truly enchanting getaway in the middle of the island's natural beauty.
