Large finca with incredible garden. A large private pool and views to the countryside, the mountains and over Lloseta village, make the holidays for 8 people unforgettable.
The exteriors of this large house are full of life, thanks to its fantastic chlorine pool with outdoor shower, surrounded by a lawn area with colourful flowers and different areas where you forget everything for a while. The swimming pool, with measures of 14 x 7 m and a depth of 0.5 to 3 m, is surrounded by four sun loungers. A furnished garden house with outdoor kitchen and barbecue provides for a change in the daily menu.

The house has three different floors: the ground floor, the 1st floor and the basement. On the ground floor: 3 sartorial furnished living areas for reading, playing or relaxing; one of them is equipped with satellite TV. The dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stove, 2 bedrooms and a guest toilet are also on this floor. Both bedrooms on the ground floor are furnished with 1 double bed and wardrobe. Both have a bathroom "en suite". One of the bathrooms has a bath tub and a shower, the other is a shower room. The bedrooms have access to a small, furnished terrace. On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms and a shower room. One of the bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe. Besides, there's space for prepare a baby cot. The other bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a walk-in wardrobe. A shower room and the laundry room, with washing machine, ironing board and iron are in the basement.

The finca is located about 300 m from the town of Lloseta, famous for its special pastry called "Cardenal". In Lloseta you will find the most important services as bars, restaurantes and supermarketes. A few kilometers away, in the city of Inca you can make bigger purchases, eat in a celler where they serve traditional dishes of the island or visit the Thursday market. The Tramuntana mountains are declared World Cultural Heritage and beautiful hiking tours are possible. Some recomended tours are: Tossals Verds, Cúber or Biniaraix. By car, you can visit incomparable villages such as Fornalutx, Valldemossa or Soller. If you want to go to the beach, Playas de Muro is on the north coast and belongs to the Bay of Alcúdia, a long beach of fine sand.
