On this finca the 7 x 3.5 m saltwater pool will inspire you (water depth of 1.6 - 1.9 m). After bathing 6 sun loungers invite you to relax. A garden shower ensures a quick refreshment between. Lawns and terraces are ideal for playing with the children. Depending on the season, you can harvest fruits and vegetables from the garden. On the furnished terrace, next to the house you can enjoy barbecue specialties with friends and family and spend long evenings together. There's an exterior shower bathroom. The property is fenced and you have direct neighbors.
In the bright, modern rooms of the house you will immediately feel at home. Take a break on the comfortable sofa or watch a program on satellite TV. In the cooler months, the fireplace provides warmth. A glass front makes the room light and generous. In the friendly kitchen with dining area you will not miss anything to cook your favorite dishes, including a vitro hob. The laundry room is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The finca is located just outside of Inca in the center of the island. In the city center all important services are offered for an independent holiday. Try a typical Mallorcan dish in one of the many "cellers" (restaurants) or visit the weekly market on Thursday. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of routes, such as: The old way to Pollença or to the "Salt des Freu" in the Orient, fully at their expense. The beautiful beaches of Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto Alcudia are located in the north of the island and can be reached by car in about 30 min.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
