This beautiful white villa with a pool, stunning sea views, and sunsets all year round is located on the western side of Ibiza in a quiet place called "Calo d'en Real," right next to Cala Vadella.

The villa was completely updated and renovated in 2021/2022.

In the blooming garden with palm trees, there's a terrace (about 30 m²) right by the pool (4.4 x 2.7 m). It's equipped with a rattan seating group for 8 people, an extendable dining table, and a Weber gas barbecue. Above this, there's another wooden terrace with a sea view (30 m²) for sunbathing. It has 6 sunbeds and a small Aperol rattan lounge where you can enjoy the sea view. The garden gets sun all day, and if you need shade, there's a big juniper tree and an umbrella. The property is fully fenced with a typical stone wall from Ibiza and has an alarm system, so it's very private and secure.

The roof terrace (90 m²), reached through the living room, is like a relaxing area with a white look. It has a 180-degree panoramic sea view and a lounge that can be used as a sunbed, along with two more sunbeds for 4 people. There's a shower and some illuminated decorations to make it even cozier.

Inside, there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room with another fireplace, and three outdoor terraces on three levels. Outside, there's a private pool (4.4 x 2.7 m) with massage jets and a shower in the garden, as well as a shower on the roof terrace. All the rooms have air conditioning, which can also be used for heating.

Each bedroom has a queen-size double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a wardrobe, a Smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, towel heater, mirrored cabinet, and hairdryer.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms that look out to the pool. They are connected by a door and have their own way to the outdoor terrace and pool in the garden. The fully equipped white kitchen (for 8 people) has a central cooking island and a counter with 2 bar stools. It opens up to the pool deck and lounge terrace through three panoramic sliding doors. The kitchen has a big refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a Nespresso/filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, an egg boiler, and a pantry. The dining room next to it has a wood fireplace and a table that can be extended to fit 8 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a big window with an impressive sea view. There's also a terrace with a rattan seating area. On the same floor, there's the living room, which also has a nice sea view. There's a comfortable sofa (3.15 x 2 m), which can turn into a full-size bed (1.40 x 2 m) for two more people. There's also a TV armchair, a Smart TV, a work table, and another wood fireplace.

The nicest beaches of Ibiza are only a short distance away (Cala Vadella is 2 km, Cala Moli is 3.5 km, Cala Tarida is 4.5 km, Cala Carbo is 9 km, Cala Conte is 10 km, Cala Bassa is 11 km, and Cala d'Hort is 11 km). The closest supermarket is only 1 km away, the nearest town, Sant Josep, is 8.5 km away, the airport is 18 km away, and Ibiza Town is 22 km away. You can find many restaurants nearby.
