Welcome to this fantastic house with superb views to the sea and private pool to enjoy a spectacular vacation in Es Llombards.
The exterior area of this house highlights thanks to the contrast of colors: blue of the sea, green of the vegetation around and the soft tones of the stoned walls and terrace. Taking a glass of wine admiring the marine landscape while the sun sets will become a delicious daily routine. We cannot forget the wonderful oval-shaped pool in which we can cool down after a complete beach day. This is a chlorine pool sizing 8 x 5 metres while the depth ranges from 0.90 to 1.80 metres. Around the pool, you will find several sun loungers in order to bask in the sun and a cosy chill-out area with a thatched roof where you can enjoy a vermouth while the little ones play in the water. In the terrace around the house, you find an outdoors dining area, also with a thatched roof, which is ideal to have lunch with beautiful views at the back. On the other side of the house, another outdoors dining area is offered where the diners al fresco tasting a delicious barbecue will be unbeatable.

The wonderful one storey house is characterised by the serenity of its natural elements - wood and stone-, mixed with an exquisite taste of warm and Mediterranean colours and some colourful touch which will make you feel at home. The luminous living-dining room, with exit to the terrace and spectacular views, offers a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch the satellite TV. The dining table accommodates 6 people and leads to the bar with stools that separates these area from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dish washer and everything you need to cook your favourite dishes, and it also has access to the terrace. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board can be found in the laundry room. The three bedrooms guarantee the rest of our guests in this accommodation, the three of them with exit to the terrace. The first one has two twin beds, a wonderful en-suite shower bathroom and a closet. The second bedroom presents two twin beds and a closet. The last bedroom has a double bed, closet and an en-suite bathroom with an independent shower and bathtub. It also has a sitting area where you can relax while reading a book or admire the beautiful views from the window. There is a third bathroom with a shower for the rest of the accommodation. The house features air-conditioning all throughout, 4 electric radiators and a wood stove for the coldest days.

This house has in itself all requisites to enjoy a wonderful vacation without wanting to leave from it. However, the surroundings also are wonderful. This is a residential area with several coves nearby where you can enjoy the beach and the sea breeze: The Calo des Moro is only a few steps away and it is a little sandy cove with some big rocks in between. Not far away is the neighbour Cala Almunia, a little jetty eroded by the sea and the wind on the rock where the few flat areas are used as solarium by the swimmers. Cala Llombards is a little bigger and about 3 km away, with white sand, crystalline water and a lively atmosphere. In the town of Cala Llombards you will find some shops, specially during the summer. More variety of services for an independent stay will be found in Es Llombards and Santanyi.
