Wow......what can I say...... absolute stunning villa. Situated in a prime location for eating, shopping, bus stops, taxis and enjoying everything Majorca as to offer. The villa itself was exceptional, outside a large pool, sun loungers, a barbecue and a superb seating area. Inside the villa was a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge room with smart t.v for adults and another room featuring a good size dining table and chairs, a gaming machine and games installed on the smart t.v for our daughter (and adults!) to use. A beautiful shower room complete with plenty of towels for our use. Upstairs 3 double bedrooms with ample storage space, smart t.v's and balcony areas with seating and tables to enjoy the amazing night sky. The upstairs shower room was also well equipped with towels for our use. Both the showers were exceptionally powerful and both shower rooms were very clean. Every room had Aircon which was very much welcomed. The hosts were very accommodating and on hand if we needed them. Nothing was to much trouble for them. They really were fantastic. The pool was cleaned regular during our stay Clean bed linen was to hand and extra towels if and when needed. Overall this property was exceptionally clean and tidy inside and outside. It is a fantastic villa with a very home from home feeling. Very highly recommended ?

This excellent villa with private pool in the exclusive area of Son Ferrer (Calvià) -near Port Adriano- welcomes 5 guests.
The exterior is perfect to enjoy the good weather in Mallorca as it includes: a large private salt pool that measures 16 x 6 meters and has a depth of 1.5 to 1.9 meters; 6 sun loungers as well as a garden bed where you can relax and enjoy the sun; and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy tasty barbecues for dinner. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The 2-storey house, which has been recently renovated, emanates warmth and charm thanks to its Scandinavian industrial style. On the ground floor we find the spacious living-dining room with Smart TV. The spacious kitchen offers an induction hob and a comfortable table next to the pool exit where you can enjoy your breakfasts. The washing machine is in the kitchen and you'll also find an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a second living room also with Smart TV and a bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. All three have a double bed, wardrobe, AC and Smart TV as well as access to the upper terrace. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. The two livings and the kitchen also have AC. Finally, a cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.
The house is located in a beautiful urbanisation, Son Ferrer, belonging to Calvià. The area offers all the basic services for an independent stay and is located just 3 km from Port Adriano where you can enjoy the beach and the luxurious summer atmosphere. Alternatively, you can visit the Santa Ponsa golf course, which is only 8.1 km away.

An amazing villa with perfect pool and outdoor entertainment area with BBQ and outdoor kitchen. The furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen are new and very clean. The bus service is very good too and we would recommend using it. We also enjoyed the walk over to Port Adriano for some fun beach time.
See more This villa is amazing, it looks as good in the flesh as it does on the pictures. The decor is modern whilst the external villa is Spanish, brilliant mix in my opinion. The agents were really quick on responding to any questions and we had absolutely no issues whilst staying at the venue. One thing I would say is check in before you go shopping as there is already lots of items that other visitors had left, like coffee and sugar etc. There were also already ice cubes in the freezer. I would stay here again in a heart beat ?
See more Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Der Außenbereich wurde sogar nun nochmal „erneuert“ bzw leicht umgestaltet. Es ist alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern gewesen. Außerdem sind die Räumlichkeiten sehr geräumig und die Bäder bieten ausreichend Staufläche. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei sowie auch der Check in. Wir würden sogar persönlich begrüßt vom Gastgeber. Auf dem Grundstück hat man den ganzen Tag über Sonne und kann den Aussenbereich, am Pool, gut ausnutzen. Die Lage ist ebenso gut, wenn man ein Auto vor Ort besitzt. Man ist in 5 Min. in Magaluf sowie in 10 Min. in Santa Ponça und Peguera. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
