The house is surrounded by a 12,000 m² piece of Mediterranean land with tall pine trees and native plants. Enjoy the cozy sun terrace with your family or friends. There are also shaded areas and a spacious pool terrace with an outdoor shower for relaxation, sunbathing, and chats. The property is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with diverse Mediterranean plants and has multiple terraces for relaxation. The shaded terrace under the majestic pine tree is especially inviting.

This two-story villa is 300 m² and has amazing landscape views, big rooms, and beautiful furniture. The rooms on the first floor offer distant sea views.

The ground floor has a large kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, mixer, and all the kitchen tools you need. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a big maple wood dining table for 8 people. You can also use the JBL Bluetooth speaker here. Also, you'll find a shower room/WC and a living room with plenty of seating for relaxation. The living room has a flat-screen HD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, and a selection of DVDs, board games, and books.

Upstairs, there's a spacious master bedroom with a huge Hästens super king-size bed (210x210) and a stunning view of the garden. The luxurious bathroom has a bathtub, shower, bidet, and a captivating view of the pool area and typical Balearic Islands vegetation. The second bedroom, perfect for children, has two queen-size beds (140x200) and access to one of the two balconies. This bedroom also has its own separate shower room, and the wardrobes for both bedrooms are in the hallway.

There's also an apartment with its own entrance, which includes a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) from Ligne Roset and a shower room/WC on the first floor. On the ground floor, a cozy living room leads to the east terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee.

All bedrooms have air conditioning for comfortable sleep on hot summer nights. For the cooler months and winter, underfloor heating keeps the temperature pleasant. There's also a closed fireplace in the living area for cozy evenings and it has double-wing glass doors that can be opened, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the large covered terrace and pool terrace.

You'll find stunning beaches like S'Aigua Blanca, Playa Es Figueral, Cala Nova, and Cala Boix just a short distance away.
