Welcome to this wonderful villa next to the Sancti Petri beach. It has a private pool, garden and several terraces and has capacity for 11 guests.
The exterior is perfect for enjoying the good weather after a day at the beach. The private pool, which measures 8 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.20 to 2.20 metres, is chlorinated and is perfect for a refreshing dip. It is also fenced in so that you can relax if you are travelling with the youngest members of the family. The terraces and porches are the perfect place to enjoy a delicious barbecue at sunset. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of this impressive 3-storey house offers spacious, bright and functional spaces. The dining room has AC, Smart TV and table for 12 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and everything you need to cook during your holiday. Still on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. On the first floor, you have the remaining 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two of them have twin beds, another one has a double bed and a trundle bed, and the last one has a single bed and a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower completes the first floor. On the top floor there is a small roof terrace from where you can admire the views and the sea at the end of the beach grove. The equipment of the house is completed by a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a high chair and 2 cots if you travel with your baby.

The house is located just in front of the grove that leads to the shore of Sancti Petri beach. This beach is a stunning place to enjoy the sea and nature at its best. With its long golden sandy coastline, crystal clear waters and panoramic views of the historic fortress of Sancti Petri, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun and sea with family or friends. The area has the basic services for your stay and the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera is only 8 km away. Don't forget to visit the beautiful city of Cadiz, El Puerto de Santa Maria or the beaches of Camposoto or La Barrosa.
