Welcome to this beautiful villa on the outskirts of Selva, with private pool and incredible views of the city. 8 guests can relax here.
From the pool area you have a fantastic view of the village Selva and the surrounding countryside. Treat yourself to a refreshing swim and enjoy the tranquillity and the views. The pool has a size of 13 x 6m and a water depth of 1.50 - 2.90m, it is kept clean with chlorine. After bathing you can relax on one of the 7 sun loungers, play with the children on the lawn or read a good book in the shade of the furnished veranda. There is a fixed grill available. The finca has about 7000m2 of farmland with fruit trees and natural garden, it is fenced and you have no direct neighbours.

The 220m2 living space of the house is spread over 1 floor. You enter the large kitchen with dining area for 6 people. In addition to a gas stove you will find in the practical kitchen all large and small helpers who make cooking a pleasure (incl. dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, etc.). The cosy living area has sofas and satellite TV. There are 4 bedrooms 2 are furnished with a double bed (each) and 2 with 2 single beds (each). All bedrooms have a wardrobe. There is 1 "en Suite" bath room and 1 bat room for all visitors, both with bat tub. The house is fully air conditioned and of course there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. On request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.

The finca is located only 700m from a bus stop, the village Selva is about 1km away. All necessary services for an independent holiday can be found in the village. There are some good restaurants serving typical dishes and every Thursday the place changes with bustling market life. The beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcúdia can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Fine sandy beaches, clear water and shallow waves await you in Can Picafort, Formentor, Playas de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia, for example. A visit to the smaller bay of Cala Sant Vicenç and the picturesque village of Pollença are also highly recommended.
