Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. mit zwei Badezimmern und drei Schlafzimmern groß genug. Es waren zwei Babybettchen und noch ein zusätzliches Gästebett vorhanden. Im Haus ist es selbst ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl, dank der dicken Steinmauern.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Schön war der große Obstkorb und Bier / Wasser im Kühlschrank sowie Wein und Knabbersachen bei Ankunft. Der Pool war sauber und groß genug, ausreichend Sonnenliegen sind vorhanden und eine Markise über dem Liegenbereich gibt es auch.

Welcome to this beautiful villa in Alcúdia – just 70 meters away from Es Mal Pas marina. It offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
It has 100 m2 and it is ideal for families and little groups of friends, as it has 3 spacious double rooms: one with two single beds and 2 rooms with double bed. All rooms have AC and walk-in closets. There are two bathrooms: one en suite with shower and another one in the hallway with bathtub.
The house is on the ground floor and there are neighbours on the first floor, although the pool and terrace are totally private. On the 30 m2 terrace you will be able to enjoy long summer breakfasts, as there is a table with chairs – it is the ideal place to admire the sunrise. You will be able to relax in the sitting room with AC, lying in the comfy sofa, surfing the Internet (WIFI) or watching satellite TV.
The open-kitchen is equipped with a: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. You will as well find washing machine, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed on request.
The location of the house is perfect, as everything you might need is accessible in a few minutes by car. Moreover, the area is very quiet and it is mainly settled by local people. Near the house there are some restaurants. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find pharmacy, hospital, shops, leisure activities and taxi rank. There is a bus stop 230 meters from the house, which takes you to Puerto de Alcúdia (centre), Alcúdia (town), Puerto de Pollença and Can Picafort. The rocky beach is just 230 meters from the house.
In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. There is local market in Alcudia on Tuesdays and Sundays and the town becomes a lively place! Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. We as well recommend visiting Cala Sant Vicenç and the town of Pollença, where you can climb 365 steps to el Calvari – the views up the hill are awesome!

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr modern, alles neu renoviert, Küche top ausgestattet (Induktionskochfeld, Backrohr, Micro welle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und extra Tiefkühler. Klimaanlagen, sehr ruhig, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Einziger Nachteil: Kein Schirmständer für den Pool bzw. Kein Schatten direkt über dem Pool. War aber nur für uns ein Nachteil, weil mit Baby unterwegs. (Markisen (2 Stück) nur für Liegen und Tischbereich.
