Information about Woodhouse
This fantastic town house in Ariany offers accommodation for 6 people, a pretty private pool and charming corners where you can relax and enjoy.
After a morning full of activities, the best thing to do is to cool down in the private salt water pool -that sizes 6.5 to 3.5 metres and has a water depth of 1.5 metres. After swimming for a while, you can enjoy the sun on the 4 sunloungers by the pool and wash off under the exterior shower before heading to the porch to cook and enjoy a delicious BBQ. There is also a superior terrace which is perfectly furnished for you to relax with a glass of wine and admiring the views to the pool and town.
Inside, the hallway leads to the living room where you can watch TV-sat or read a good book by the warmth of the fireplace when it's cold. The dining room is independent and it has room for 6 people. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. In the same floor you'll find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds ans a closet each. The third bedroom is upstairs and it also has twin beds and a closet as well as an en-suite with a shower. It's accessible only from the outside terrace. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at the terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available and the house is equipped with underfloor heating.
Ariany is a small charming village. You'll find the basic services here like a grocery shop and some good restaurants. The surroundings are mainly rural and invite to stroll across the fields or to practice cycling or hiking. The nearest beach is Son Serra de Marina about 20 km away.

13 guests reviewed this property. Super Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage. Nur 15 Minuten (Auto) vom Strand entfernt. Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch etliche Spielsachen für die Kinder waren vor Ort. Besonders gut fanden wir auch die gut ausgestattete Küche. Einzig die benachbarten Tiere (Hunde, Hahn) haben machne Nacht sehr laute Geräusche von sich gegeben, was man durch die Bauweise auch deutlich vernehmen konnte. Alles in allem top und wirklich zu empfehlen!
Great accommodation in a very quiet location. Only 15 minutes (car) from the beach. We were there as a family of four and nothing was missing. There were also a number of toys for the children on site. We also particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen. Only the neighboring animals (dogs, roosters) made very loud noises during the night, which you could clearly hear due to the way it was built. All in all great and really recommended!

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort. Das gesamte Haus ist ein Traum! Der Garten mit dem Pool war das absolute Highlight. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und abgelegen, ein Auto ist ein Muss.
We were there for 4 days. The entire house is a dream! The garden with the pool was the absolute highlight. The area is quiet and remote, a car is a must.
Nice Finca! Simple and very good communication with the owner and his cousin. Arrived shortly after the cleaning and got direct access, with a good tour of everything. Only thing to consider, that you stay in a village, it has pretty small streets and also has lots of homeless cats. The owners decided to support them, by giving them water and some dry food, which we always renewed. -> for people who love cats very nice, only bummer that the cats also take their number two directly at the trees in the garden. So keep in mind, that with some winds, there might be a short cat poo sniff for you. Otherwise, ariany is pretty chilled, you have two supermarkets that have enough stuff for some days, and Manacor is only approx. 15 minutes away by car, where you have plenty of supermarkets and shopping.

See more Der Service war super sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Customer Service (auf deutsch). Auf Rückfragen wurde in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Ich habe sogar spät abends noch eine Frage gehabt und diese wurde innerhalb zwanzig Minuten beantwortet. So etwas nenne ich perfekten Service.Alles hat 1A geklappt und war einwandfrei! Absolut empfehlenswert. Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen! Alles in allem ein schöner und stressfreier Urlaub.
The service was great as was the communication with customer service (in German). Questions were answered in a very short time. I even had a question late in the evening and it was answered within twenty minutes. That's what I call perfect service. Everything worked perfectly and was perfect! Absolutely recommended. The holiday home was as described and even exceeded our expectations! All in all a lovely and stress-free holiday.

See more Wir haben die Finca in Ariany für die erste Septemberwoche mit 3 erwachsenen Personen gemietet. Das Haus war wirklich super sauber und der Hausherr hat uns den Kühlschrank mit dem wichtigsten bestückt, der Obstkorb war voll und wunderbar. Brot wurde für uns bereit gelegt, genauso wie Getränke. Wir sind wirklich froh dieses kleine Haus in dieser wunderbaren Stadt gefunden zu haben. Ein Highlight ist der gepflegte Garten mit dem sauberen, sehr einladenden Pool. Zwei Dinge werden allerdings schlecht beschrieben und sollten noch genannt werden: Strom wird am Anfang und am Ende des Urlaubs abgelesen und vor Ort bezahlt (7 Tage, drei Erwachsenen=35ruro, in unserem Fall), außerdem befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer im 1.OG und ist nur über die Terasse erreichbar. Es hat allerdings ein eigenes Bad und ist das frisch renoviereste :) der Hausherr war u fassbar freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr und hoffen, dass die Finca noch verfügbar ist :) aber selbst wenn nicht, wird das kleine Dorf Ariany unser Urlaubsort werden.
We rented the finca in Ariany for the first week of September with 3 adults. The house was really super clean and the landlord stocked the fridge with the most important things for us, the fruit basket was full and wonderful. Bread was laid out for us, as well as drinks. We are really happy to have found this little house in this wonderful city. A highlight is the well-kept garden with the clean, very inviting pool. However, two things are poorly described and should still be mentioned: electricity is metered at the beginning and end of the holiday and paid for on site (7 days, three adults = 35ruro, in our case), there is also a double room on the 1st floor and is only accessible via the terrace. However, it has its own bathroom and is the most recently renovated :) the landlord was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to next year and hope that the finca is still available :) but even if not, the small village of Ariany will be our vacation spot.

“Behind a humble facade, of typical Mallorcan architecture, a magnificent house surprises, large, extremely clean, with a beautiful patio with pool and barbecue, and above all very comfortable. The welcome details that the owner left us left us speechless and the house does not lack details, it has everything. It is clear that Francisca takes care of and pampers the house and her guests. - Booking charged me an eco tourism tax for 6 people when by law that fee is only charged from the age of 16!!! We will file a claim!!!! +Very pleasant accommodation, very well attended by the host with a basket of fruit, milk, juices, bread and sweets for breakfast. Given our late arrival time, it was a pleasant surprise.
