This is a modern apartment in an antique building right in the heart of the city of Palma. This flat of 150 m2 has capacity for 5 people.
This house has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and the last one with 1 single bed. All of them have enough space to put a cot if necessary and two of the rooms are en suite.
The open kitchen is very spacious and modern and it is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. Form the kitchen you can access to the dining-living room, where you will have a dining table to organize meals with your family. In the living area there are comfy sofas and a big satellite TV where you will be able to rest. From the balconies you will see the bustling pedestrian street Sant Jaume. There is WIFI connection as well!
From this flat you will be perfectly able to combine your holiday between sun and beach and the lively city. You can walk to many historical sites such as the Turkish bath, the cathedral or Almudaina Palace. You will also have easy access to many museums, shops, bars, restaurants and Paseo Marítimo (promenade) where you will find the best night live in Mallorca. This accommodation won't disappoint you, as it surrounded by the culture, heritage and history of the island. As well as that, you will be able to walk to many services like supermarket, pharmacy, surgery, etc.
If you like mountains, do not miss a visit to Serra de Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site) which is only 115 minutes drive. On the other hand, a 40 minutes drive will take you to Es Trenc, one of the best beaches in Mallorca due to its white sand and crystalline waters.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
