Wonderful house for 6 people in es Portitxol, with a beautiful private terrace and the beach only 280 metres away.
This fantastic house boasts such a wonderful, joyful and well cared terrace that it becomes the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable moments. The covered space is ideal to enjoy a delicious breakfast or to cook succulent recipes on the BBQ. Next, you find an artificial lawn area that invites to bask in the sun on the 2 sun loungers or to read a book beneath the awning.
Inside, you can enjoy your meals all together and relax whilst watching the TV-sat in the airy living - dining room. You can also use the pellet stove when it's cold outside. Next, you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and everything you need to cook. And from here, you can access the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This ground floor is completed with a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. They have no closet within but there is a spacious independent walk-in closet on this floor. and you'll also find a bathroom with a bath for the whole accommodation. A baby cot and a high-chair are available as well as 2 fans and 1 electric radiator.
Es Portitxol is a peaceful coastal area but lively at the same time. It's a charming and friendly place located near Palma de Mallorca, the capital, so full of life at the same time. It offers a quiet beach which is less than 300 metres away, a beautiful marina for a nice stroll, lots of bars and restaurants and the basic services needed.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

This is a perfect place for a family vacation. Peaceful and private with a nice backyard. The supermarket is next door and bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the city. Walking distance to nice beach and restaurants. The house was clean with fully equipped kitchen and even contained dishwasher and laundry. We’d love to come back again.

See more I liked: Great place to stay in at Palma. Close to a good beach, if you have very small children it might get deep too fast, but for us it was lovely. Better then Playa Jardin further down on the beachwalk. So nice to listen to mostly Spanish on the beach. The house was great and had all we needed. If you book the air conditioner, check to see that they have started it and included the remotes so you don't have to start the first nigh without. The house is very close to a big supermarket. And Close to the buss stop for Palma city centre. We had a fantastic stay (2 adults + two girls 15 and 17 years old)

Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Palma. C'è un parcheggio gratuito proprio fuori dalla casa e un supermarket difronte. Casa molto bella, pulita e accogliente. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, c'è anche una cabina armadio. La cucina anche è molto attrezzata.C'è solo una vasca ed in 6 persone è un po' scomodo. Inoltre cenando fuori al giardino i vicini iniziavano a lamentarsi per il chiacchiericcio già dalle 21:00, quindi era praticamente impossibile cenare lì a meno che non si stava in silenzio. Però per il resto tutto ok.
Excellent location for easy access to the center of Palma. There is free parking right outside the house and a supermarket opposite. Very nice house, clean and welcoming. The bedrooms are quite spacious, there is also a walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen is also very well equipped. There is only one tub and for 6 people it is a bit uncomfortable. Furthermore, when dining outside in the garden, the neighbors started complaining about the chatter as early as 9pm, so it was practically impossible to dine there unless it was quiet. But for the rest everything is ok.
See more Bra boende med nära till Palma stad och trevlig strand. Vi reste med tre tonåringar som enkelt kunde bada när som helst och ta taxi i till Palma. Es Portixol och Ca Na Rosa är ett trevligt område och boende som enkelt kombinerar bad- och citysemester.
Good accommodation close to Palma city and nice beach. We traveled with three teenagers who could easily swim at any time and take a taxi to Palma. Es Portixol and Ca Na Rosa are a nice area and accommodation that easily combines beach and city holidays.

Very nice place, very close to the sea and has all the necessary comforts, Host available and helpful, when a communication problem arose with the organization he immediately rushed to resolve it. We will definitely come back to him, thanks Juan.
See more aison impeccable, bien située le long des plages et seulement à 2,5 km du centre, dans un quartier reconnu pour sa cuisine authentique de poisson et fruit de mer. Nous n’avons pas loué de vélo parce que le risque de vol la nuit est élevé. L’alternative est d’utiliser les vélos de la ville, bicipalma, mais il faut apparemment s’y prendre quelques jours à l’avance pour s’enregistrer. On a regretté de ne pas avoir pris l’air conditionné en options. Les lits étaient un peu durs mais c’est question de goût. Les couteaux de cuisine ne coupaient pas bien et il manquait un couteau pour le pain. Petits détails embêtants quand on veut manger sur place. A recommander donc.
Impeccable house, well located along the beaches and only 2.5 km from the center, in an area known for its authentic fish and seafood cuisine. We did not rent a bike because of the risk of theft at night is high. The alternative is to use the city's bicycles, bicipalma, but apparently you have to book a few days in advance to register. We regretted not having taken air conditioning as an option. The beds were a little hard but that's a matter of taste. The kitchen knives didn't cut well and a bread knife was missing. Small annoying details when you want to eat there. To be recommended therefore.

A welcome pack would be a useful addition for weary holiday makers upon arrival. Overall one of our better holidays and we plan to return.

Une très belle maison, très bien située dans un qu’attitré agréable. Tout était propre et très fonctionnel. La communication avec Homerti a été très fluide et la récupération des clefs simple.

It is in a great location - we walked into Palma regularly and there are restaurants and a grocery store very close if you don't want to walk that far. qui est très spacieux, propre, avec tout les équipements utiles et pratique, les trois chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que la pièce qui sert de dressing. Le logement se trouve en face d’un super marché, il est proche de la plage et vous pouvez aller en marchant au centre-ville. Les propriétaires sont très réceptifs. Je recommande pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis qui souhaitent découvrir Palma. ❤️
which is very spacious, clean, with all useful and practical equipment, the three bedrooms are spacious as well as the room which serves as a dressing room. The accommodation is located opposite a supermarket, it is close to the beach and you can walk to the city center. The owners are very receptive. I recommend for a family or a group of friends who want to discover Palma. ❤️
See more I liked: Posizione ottima, a pochi passi c'è un supermercato e nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi ristoranti in cui poter mangiare, mentre con la macchina si raggiunge il centro della città in pochi minuti. L'appartamento è ampio e spazioso in 5 siamo stati molto comodi. I did not like: Ci sono due bagni, ma solo in uno c'è la doccia
I liked: Excellent location, a few steps away there is a supermarket and nearby there are several restaurants where you can eat, while with the car you can reach the city center in a few minutes. The apartment is large and spacious, 5 of us were very comfortable. I didn't like: There are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower

Fantastic location! Very close to the supermarket, bus stops, restaurants and the beaches. The managing company was very quick to answer questions and offer suggestions to help us during our stay. House itself was spacious, well-appointed and easily comfortable for 6 people. 100% would stay here again!

The owner was always very responsive when we got in touch with any queries and was always very accommodating! The house was very clean and ideally situated near the beach and supermarket. Portixol is a perfect location if you fancy a week to unwind. Recommend if you’re travelling with young children!

It had lots of nice touches too like dishwasher and laundry tablets, coffee pods and bin bags etc The house is very well organised with everything you need but no clutter and it was spotlessly clean. There’s a pellet stove in the living area when it’s chilly and an extra heater in the bathroom which is a nice touch. We could walk to the nearest pebbly beach and restaurants in a couple of minutes or the sandy one in less than 10. It’s a 20 minute walk along the Paseo to the Parc del Mar which is brilliant for children. Having the supermarket on the doorstep was also fabulous as we could wheel the trolley to the front door. The Thai takeout in the car park of the supermarket is really good! We cannot wait to come back it’s a real home from home. Communication with Homerti and check in/out could not have been easier. Fabulous service all round and very quick to respond.

See more Estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos y tiene todos los elementos que necesitamos para estar cómodos (quizá solo encontramos necesita algunos pocillos para café espresso). Desde alli se puede ir caminando en unos pocos minutos y por una rambla muy linda hasta el centro de Palma, estacionamos el auto alquilado a menos de 50 metros de la puerta todos los días, y la salida hacia las distintas localidades de Mallorca y el Aeropuerto es muy sencilla desde Portixol. Este barrio es muy lindo en la primera linea del mar, no tanto más lejos, pero es muy limpio y seguro. Lo pasamos estupendamente.
It was very clean when we arrived and has all the items we need to be comfortable (we just found it perhaps needed some wells for espresso). From there you can walk in a few minutes and along a very nice promenade to the center of Palma, we park the rented car less than 50 meters from the door every day, and the exit to the different towns in Mallorca and the Airport It is very simple from Portixol. This neighborhood is very nice on the first line of the sea, not much further away, but it is very clean and safe. We had a great time.
See more Es gibt einen tollen Obstbaum im "Garten". Gasgrill, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind top. Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Wechseln sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Host und schnelle Antwort bei Nachfragen. Gegenüber ist ein großer Supermarkt.Die Küchenausstattung war etwas mager. Das Geschirr und Besteck war für 6 ausgelegt, ok. Aber Töpfe und Pfannen waren viel zu klein, um für 6 zu kochen. Schüsseln, Obstmesser und andere zum Kochen notwendige Utensilien gab es gar nicht. Wir haben vieles gekauft und in der Wohnung gelassen. Hoffentlich bleibt es für die nächsten Gäste ;). Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Ein zusätzlicher Wäscheständer und in den Zimmern ein paar (mehr) Haken zum Aufhängen von Klamotten wären toll.
There is a great fruit tree in the "garden". Gas grill, washing machine and dishwasher are great. There are sufficient quantities of bed linen and towels to change. Uncomplicated contact with the host and quick answers to questions. There is a large supermarket opposite. The kitchen equipment was a bit poor. The dishes and cutlery were designed for 6, ok. But pots and pans were way too small to cook for 6. There were no bowls, fruit knives or other utensils needed for cooking. We bought a lot of things and left them in the apartment. Hopefully it stays for the next guests ;). The apartment is very noisy. An additional drying rack and a few (more) hooks in the rooms for hanging clothes would be great.

Todo muy bien, la casa está limpia y en una posición muy cómoda teniendo el supermercado en frente. Confirmamos que no se puede hacer ruido por la noche porque puede molestar el vecino de casa. Lo único es de acordarse de cerrar las ventanas cuando no está nadie porque nos ha entrado el gato del vecino en casa.
Everything is very good, the house is clean and in a very comfortable position with the supermarket in front. We confirm that you cannot make noise at night because it may disturb your neighbor. The only thing is to remember to close the windows when no one is there because the neighbor's cat has entered the house.
