Fantastic fully restored town house in the city centre of Llucmajor, in the South of Mallorca. It is perfect for 4 - 6 guests.
This beautiful and cosy house features a wonderful patio, the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy some quite vacations. Plants and greenery match sunbeds and parasols offering a great play of colours. It also counts with a a comfortable exterior dining area where you can have breakfast or have a drink in the evening. At the other side of the patio we find a closed barbecue area to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The house has neighbours on each side and privacy is partial.

This beautiful house has 300 m2 along 3 storeys. When entering, you will find the typical Majorcan entrance with its traditional rocking chairs, and afterwards, a comfortable desk under the stairs. The living room comes next, a peaceful place to rest or watch TV while refreshing with the AC. At the back of this floor you will find the modern kitchen which includes the dining area and features all you need to cook during your vacation: induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... In addition, it has a dining table for 4 people and it is air-conditioned. From the kitchen you have access to the patio. You will also find a washer, an iron and an ironing board in the house. A toilet with a basin and a WC completes the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on the first floor: the first has a single bed and room enough for the extra guest folding bed; and the second has a double bed. A bathtub bathroom and a terrace complete this floor. The third and last bedroom is on the second floor and it features a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. This bedroom is located in the attic and has no door. It has also access to a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe or admire the stars at night. The three bedroom offer a wardrobe and the three are air-conditioned. An we can also prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Llucmajor is a beautiful village in the South of Majorca where you can mingle with locals and enjoy the traditional atmosphere of the island. It has all services for an independent stay like shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants,... The town is very lively in summer specially the market days which are Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The next beach is el Arenal, a lively sandy beach. But there are other paradisaical near beaches like Es Trenc or Sa Ràpita. You can visit nerby places like Cura, Randa or the Talayotic town of Capocorb. If you are a golf lover next course is only 7.6 km away.
