Furthermore, there is another dining room and a second living room, ideal for reading. The kitchen with gas stove and fireplace is fully-equipped and in the laundry you will find a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with A/C and wardrobes. Two bedrooms offer a bathroom en-suite, 1 with shower and 1 with bath tub, and space for one cot. Additionally, there is one shower bathroom, and one exterior toilet. All in all, this property sets a highly desirable standard of living.

A less than 30 minutes' drive takes you the beautiful south coast and to the lively beaches of Playa de Palma and Can Pastilla, or to the natural, quiet beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita.
