Welcome to this wonderful 3-storey village house with private pool, in the center of Mallorca's capital: Palma. It is prepared for a maximum of 7 persons. The fabulous outdoor area counts with a private 3mx2mx1,5m chlorine pool, a furnished porch and a barbecue for great dinners and enjoying long evenings with friends and family.

Soberly decorated with quality furniture, this house counts with everything you might need during your holiday.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa, two armchairs, air conditioning, satellite TV and a fireplace. It opens to the dining room, which is prepared with a dining table for 8 persons. The dining room opens to the modern kitchen, with an induction hob and all necessary equipment to prepare a perfect family dinner. On this floor, there is one bathroom with shower, for general use.

On the basement floor, there is a separate washing room, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All 4 bedrooms are situated on the first floor: 3 with a double bed (one of them with a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunset) and 1 with one individual bed. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe and air conditioning. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There is one bathroom with a bath tub, for general use, on this floor.

Son Dameto is a quiet residential area of Palma, near the center of the city and with easy acces to the highway, perfect to explore the rest of the island. In the citycenter there are lots of restaurants and bars, as well as shoppingcenters. Let the cobbled streets guide you through the city, to see all the decorated patios, churches and historical buildings. The mythical cathedral "La Seu" is definitely worth a visit, as is the castle Castillo de Bellver. There is a sparkling nightlife around the seafront promenade, the "Paseo Marítimo", for large evening walks.

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.

NOTE: For this house, we do not accept youth groups under 25 years (this does not apply to families with children).
