You could refresh during the hottest days in the private salt swimming pool that sizes 8 x 4 m, and maximum depth of 1,80 m. Besides, it counts with a green area with 4 sunbeds in order to relax and sunbathe. At the furnished porch by the swimming pool you will enjoy long and family evenings with your loved ones. There is another porch in the front of the house, where you will find a cozy corner for reading a good book or have a cocktail. On top of that, there is a balcony on the first floor of the house. There are direct neighbours.

The house is disposed into two floors. On the living room sofa you will relax watching a good DVD film or taking a siesta, refreshing with the air-conditioning. There is a table in the dining area for 6 people. The independent gas kitchen is very comfortable for cooking and there are a washing machine and all needed tools. It is also spacious, so you can be all together creating quality experiences while cooking. There is a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor we find three bedrooms with a double bed and a closet. The first of them has an en suite bathroom and is air-conditioned. The others have fans to refresh the air when it is hotter. You can have a cot and highchair available on request. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bathtub for the general use of the house.

Pont d'Inca is ideal to rest from the daily city life but being close to it at the same time. Here you will find all services you need. If you are looking for leisure, you can go to Palma which is 10 minutes away by car and where you will find shops and all kinds of restaurants, as well as any other type of entertainment. Playa de Palma is 13 minutes away by car and you can visit its long boulevard and its fine sandy beach.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
