Amazing rural tourism property, recently refurnished, located at the lovely Algaida, with a private swimming pool. Welcomes 8 guests.
Welcome to this beautiful villa, wich is a contrast of a modern building, preserving the charm of the old majorcan houses. The outdoors are amazing, with a wonderful chlorine 18m x 12m and a deph ranging going from 1.20m to 2.10m, an external shower and a big grass area where sunbathing and relax will be a pleasure. A big stone porch invites you to have a tasty dinner prepared at the barbecue. There are also a ping-pong table and a table football.

The house is divided in two floors. At the ground floor, you will find a living-room with a satellite TV, open to the dining-room area, a gas kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, A/C, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, with access from an external stairway, wich makes your stay more independent, the house disposes of another living-room with a TV, two bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe, A/C and a bathroom en suite with a shower, besides to a third bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. For the winter, you dispose of central heating.

Cas Contador is located at the outskirts of Algaida, well known for its calm, serenity and also the famous wheat fields. The place is ideal for whom are looking for disconnect and make some rural tourism. At Randa, there are some idylic routes for cycling, like Santuario de Cura trip. For the golf lovers, go and play at Son Gual at only 16 km! If you fancy a beach day, S'Arenal is located at the south of the island. This area is full of life in the summer and perfect for going out or shopping. We highly recommend to visit beaches like Es Trenc, Es Carbó or Sa Ràpita.

Note. This property cant accept under 25 years old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies of every person to accept the reservation.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
